We’re hiring experienced scientific software engineers.

About you:

• You have 3-5 years of experience developing tools for scientific analysis
• You have a Masters degree or Ph.D.; bonus points if you have a background in life sciences or neuroscience
• You are comfortable with a variety of machine learning techniques
• You are interested in developing parallel processing pipelines
• You have in-depth experience with scientific development platforms such as Matlab, R, or Python.
• You’re most likely experienced in Java development

What will you be doing?

• You will be working with a team of software engineers to develop cloud-based tools for the neuroscience community.
• You will incorporate advanced algorithms and apply them to complex scientific datasets.
• You will contribute your unique voice and ideas to our development process, which we are constantly building. Likewise, you should be open to trying out new workflows, tools, and team structures. We are always trying to improve the ways we work. You will be a key part in contributing to this effort through things like iterative development and continuous integration.
• You’ll provide direct input on technical (and not so technical) decisions and be heavily involved in the product design process. Your opinion matters; your ideas will be heard and appreciated.
